Aquatic Bodywork
A truly profound therapy in the warm water pool. Floated through gentle undulations, circles, and spirals, many describe it as a re-birthing, a return to the fullness of who they are.

Meet your therapist
As a therapist for over twenty years, Gina has taught bodywork to small and large groups, instructed at the Denver School of Massage Therapy and the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, and trained privately with families in infant massage.
Her training runs deep: a 1000+ hour certification, prenatal and labor massage, Hawaiian Temple Lomi Lomi at the Kumu teacher level, Ayurvedic and Thai bodywork, hydrotherapy, energy work, and Healing Dance aqua therapy.
I approach my practice with a holistic intention, supporting all levels of being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Every session is built for you in the moment. Your body is different each day, and so is the work.

A truly profound therapy in the warm water pool. Floated through gentle undulations, circles, and spirals, many describe it as a re-birthing, a return to the fullness of who they are.

Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, energy work, Thai-inspired stretching, and hot and cold applications, woven together to meet exactly what your body is asking for.

Your body is in a ten month training program for the marathon of labor. Comfort-first, trimester-aware sessions in supported side-lying and semi-reclined positions.

Flowing Hawaiian Temple Lomi Lomi and LED light therapy sessions, drawing on Gina's Kumu-level training to care for body and spirit together.
